CaseGrove is an Australian phone case brand that kicked off in 2026. We run everything from our warehouse in Punchbowl, New South Wales, and the business is operated by TECH ZONE AUSTRALIA PTY LTD (ABN 77 642 383 140 | ACN 642 383 140).
We sell protective phone cases for iPhone and Samsung Galaxy devices. Simple as that.
Our mission
We wanted to give Australian customers a decent phone case that actually lasts through normal daily use. Not the cheap ones that crack or yellow after a few months, and not the $70+ imported premium ones either. Just something in the middle that does the job properly. If anything goes wrong with your order, sorting returns or exchanges is pretty straightforward.
Our vision
We hope CaseGrove becomes one of those brands Australians actually come back to when it’s time to get a new phone — and the one after that.
How our products are made
Our cases are designed here in Australia. The manufacturing is handled offshore by solid third-party factories — exactly the same way most phone case brands do it, including the big premium names. Every single case gets a proper quality check before we stock it at our Punchbowl warehouse.
Why we started
The phone case scene in Australia is pretty split. You’ve got the really cheap stuff that looks okay for a couple of months and then falls apart, or the expensive imported options that cost $70 to $100, which feels like a lot when you know you’ll probably replace the case with your next phone anyway.
We decided to sit right in the middle with everyday protection at a fair price.
Shipping
Every order goes out with Australia Post tracking. We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Standard shipping is free on every order across Australia — no minimum spend and no exclusions. We only ship to Australian addresses for now.
Returns
You’ve got 30 days from when you receive your order to send anything back, for any reason. There’s no restocking fees.
If you ordered the wrong model for your phone (happens all the time with iPhone 15 versus 15 Pro and all that), just email us and we’ll sort out a straight exchange.
Your consumer rights
The Australian Consumer Law applies to everything we sell. Those statutory guarantees can’t be excluded or changed by us. If a product doesn’t meet the consumer guarantees, you’re entitled to a refund, replacement or repair, and we’ll handle it properly. All the details are in our full Refund & Return Policy.
