We offer a voluntary 30-day change-of-mind return window. If you change your mind, you can return your case for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided it has not been installed on a device, is free from scratches or marks, and is returned with its original packaging.

Separately, and in addition to our change-of-mind program, your goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. These rights apply for as long as the product can reasonably be expected to last — not just within the 30-day change-of-mind window.

Returning an item is straightforward:

  1. Email our support team at support@casegrove.com with your order number and the reason for the return (change-of-mind, wrong model, or faulty / damaged).
  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and shipping instructions, including the return address.
  3. Securely pack the product, mark the RA number clearly on the parcel, and send it to the address provided in the RA email.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product (typically within 3–5 business days of delivery to us), we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Standard shipping is free on every order within Australia. There is no minimum order value and no exclusions — the price shown at checkout is the total you pay for delivery.
